No Place I'd Rather Be

Okay, I'd rather be home in Florida or chilling on a beach on the Cote d'Azure, but as far as it goes New York City in the springtime is a great place to be. There are flowers blooming everywhere, the parks and streets are constantly crowded with people (sometimes a nuisance), and the weather is getting warmer and warmer (though the persistent and random rain can ruin a day). It's strange to me that I'm almost done with my first year of college, it went by in a blur. For now, the main goal is surviving finals week. I can't even complain much because all I have is a photography project, 12-page essay, and one exam about International Politics, a subject that I could probably recite in my sleep -- a lot less work than most NYU students. I have a lot of work to do, yes, but procrastination is one of my favorite pastimes (I'll do it eventually!). I'd rather wander the city and hang out in Washington Square Park instead. (I wore a heather grey Zara crop top, French Connection floral ankle pants, JCrew circle necklace, white pointed toe Aldo heels, and my favorite hot pink Kate Spade wristlet.)
