It's Always Sunny

Fall in Florida doesn’t exactly feel like fall when it’s still hot and sunny in the 90s. I grew up without seasons and the most we would do to switch up our wardrobe for the fall and winter would be a change in color palette and the addition of a vest or jacket here or there. Needless to say, it’s no NYC, but it’s fun to explore how the two worlds collide, like pairing an edgier velvet skirt with a colorful patterned top. It’s still lightweight enough for the Florida heat but would also look chic on the streets of the city.

Psst, I have a secret... This isn’t a top that I’m wearing, it’s a romper. I didn’t like the way the romper looked on me but I’d just purchased the green skirt and realized the colors looked great together. So I tried it on over the romper and voila! Who says you always have to play by the rules?
